Our mission is simple: provide honest HVAC service, clear communication, and reliable comfort solutions that homeowners can trust.
My name is Tyler Nguyen, founder of Duo Dragon HVAC.
My journey into the HVAC industry began long before I started working on heating and cooling systems. I have always had a strong passion for engineering and technical problem solving.
I earned my degree in Mechatronics Engineering after achieving one of the top entrance exam scores to enter university, and later graduated with one of the highest academic score in my faculty and class. After completing my undergraduate studies, I was awarded a full scholarship from the Taiwan government to pursue my master’s degree.
My early professional career began in quality control for a manufacturing company, where attention to detail and system reliability were critical. I later worked as an inspector traveling throughout Southeast Asia, evaluating equipment and industrial processes. These experiences strengthened my technical background and problem-solving skills.
In 2015, I moved to the United States and started a new chapter of my life. Like many immigrants, I worked hard to adapt to a new culture while improving my English and learning how life and business work in America. During this time I took on many different jobs — including working in restaurants, estimating projects for an ironworks company, and even driving for Uber — while continuing to build my future.
In 2019, I entered the HVAC industry and quickly realized it was the perfect field for me. HVAC work combines engineering knowledge, hands-on technical skill, and real problem solving that directly helps homeowners.
Over the years I have diagnosed and repaired many heating and cooling systems, and one thing became very clear: homeowners value two things above everything else — honest recommendations and reliable service.
Those principles are the foundation of Duo Dragon HVAC. My goal is to provide homeowners with clear explanations, dependable solutions, and HVAC service they can truly trust.
As the owner of Duo Dragon HVAC, I personally stand behind the quality of the work we provide and the service our customers receive.
